About Us

Nathan R. Grimes, P.E., P.L.S., C.F.E.I., C.F.I.I., R.H.I. incorporated Renaissance Design Build, Inc. as an S-Corporation in the State of  Indiana in May 1999. Our office moved to its present location in June 2005 and opened our Kentucky Office location in March 2011. We have a staff of 16 and provide Engineering, Design, Land Surveying, Planning, Building Investigations, Home Inspection and Construction Inspection Services to a wide variety of municipal, public, commercial and private clients. We are a multi-disciplinary engineering, design, planning, land surveying and inspection firm. Our current staff has over 360 years combined experience in the engineering, planning, land surveying, design, inspections and construction fields. We currently have a professional staff registered in Alabama, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Ohio, and Tennessee.
